Contressa's KOUTURE KOLLECTION, processes all orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS.

If you need your order within 1 to 3 business days (Monday - Friday), we recommend Express Shipping. Shipping and Handling fees vary for Express orders, please utilize the shipping calculator for the exact amount.

Free standard shipping (3-5 business days) is provided on all U.S. continental orders over $75 (subtotal). Excludes gift card purchases. You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships. CKK is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Gift Cards that are apart of purchase must have additional items that total $75+ to receive free shipping. If a gift card is purchased and the remaining item(s) in that order requires shipment and does not meet the total of $75+, you will be charged for shipping.
